About the role:

As an experienced retail assistant, we are needing someone who thinks outside the box and engages with every customer that walks through our door. Every day is different where you will have a variety of duties throughout your day.

Dealing with customers face to face, on the phone or via email right through to picking orders from our shop shelves for customers as well as tracking and tracing orders.

• Track and follow up with orders
• Serving customers at the trade desk
• Dealing with EFTPOS transactions and counter sales
• Keeping the store clean and tidy inside and outside
• Work hours Monday to Friday 8am – 5.00pm
• Every 2nd Saturday 8am – 12.00pm

Requirements for this role:

• Outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Able to multi task and work under pressure
• Confident in dealing with customers
• Bubbly, enthusiastic, and good work ethic
